Corporate Host and Master of Ceremonies - live events
Not many people realise that Emma performs a variety of work outside her TV commitments. One of her favourite jobs is hosting live corporate awards events and conferences for a range of high profile clients. She loves live work whether it's TV or on-stage and aims to give each client an individual and personal touch by researching thoroughly prior to the event. She attends briefing and de-brief meetings to make sure the client gets exactly what they want, conducts live delicate interviews, runs raffles and auctions and stays to mingle, dance and chat with guests after the ceremony has finished.

Emma also records corporate videos and numerous voice-overs for TV and radio, covering subjects as diverse as medical advancements, local council issues, chemical plants, hospital, health and safety and the more light-hearted topic of travel and holiday villas. |

Emma has dabbled with acting and voices as 'herself' as well as taking on character voices. A recent hard-news war correspondent role which she has voiced for a new film contrasts starkly to former comedy roles. She has her own ISDN recording equipment and voices to pictures.
She has recorded in-vision adverts for Orange mobile working on a completely virtual set with animated characters.
Testimonials
The 2010 Tile Association Awards was the fifth occasion on which we had worked with Emma. She is a consummate professional, arriving at the venue having done all the necessary homework on the event, and in plenty of time for rehearsal. This year's event went to Plans B, C and D because of Mother Nature's intervention and each obstacle that was placed in our way in the build up to and during the event was handled with care and professionally by Emma. The Awards went very smoothly and my work as organiser was made so much easier by Emma's total commitment to the event. Needless to say, we hope to work with Emma again in 2011.

Emma compered Birmingham Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Asian Businesses Annual Dinner and Awards following a recommendation from one of the Chamber's members. It was an absolute pleasure working with Emma. Very easy to work with, Emma was very professional throughout the time that we worked together - from the early planning stage to the main event itself. Emma paid attention to even the small details and nice touches that are always remembered and add value to an event. The dinner event is one of the largest attended by the Asian business community outside of London and was a great success. I have recommended Emma to other organisations and business contacts as a result and I am pleased to say I will be working with Emma again in the future as she did such a good job.

I have worked alongside Emma at several major events and always find it a pleasure. She always conducts herself - and all aspects of the event - in a first class manner. From rehearsals to close of programme she is a consummate professional, thinking on her feet and feeling the pace of proceedings, constantly assessing what's required throughout the event. Nothing phases her and she makes it look effortless. That's usually because she has "done her homework" - gets to know the client and what they want ahead of time. She has every base covered. A lot of award audiences can occasionally grow noisy if proceedings are lengthy, but she always handles them in just the right way and controls events perfectly. Clients seem consistently pleased with her efforts and many book her/us regularly year-on-year. She is a generous presenter to be working alongside and I do hope we'll be on-stage together again soon! Brian Harvey FCT ALAM Toastmaster, Master of Ceremonies |

"I would like to thank you very much for your professional performance at
our Star and Beacon Awards. We have been running these awards now for a number
of years, and I would like you to know that you are the most professional
MC/Presenter I have ever worked with. Your professionalism, calmness, and
absolute commitment to the role deserved a STAR Award in itself. You made the
awards evening so much 'pressure free' for us all, it was a pleasure to work
with you. I am very much looking forward to working with you again in the
future. Parents, students and staff all expressed their delight with the whole
evening."
